Following the success of last year’s stablecoin dinner, The Peg invites you to a very special evening with Tom Hayes, the former trader whose landmark Supreme Court victory in 2025 paved the way for the overturning of six further LIBOR and EURIBOR convictions in October 2026, and Andy Verity, the investigative journalist and author of Rigged, whose reporting helped challenge the official narrative surrounding one of the biggest financial scandals of modern times.
This won’t be a conventional panel discussion or another crowded City networking event. With just 35 places available, the evening is designed to encourage genuine conversation, informed debate and the chance to engage directly with the speakers in a relaxed and convivial setting.
For anyone who worked in financial markets during the LIBOR era, followed the prosecutions or has an interest in the intersection of finance, law and institutional accountability, this promises to be a fascinating evening.
